FAQ

Your shop is empty! How can I buy Dice?

The shop is restocked every few months, with all products uploaded at once. The dates for these restocks are announced ahead of time, on my Instagram and via email. Keep an eye out on Instagram or subscribe to my mailing list to keep up to date on drop dates and times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship to UK, USA, Canada, NZ and SE Asia. International shipping is a flat rate of $25AUD for up to two items. Anything greater than two items is calculated by weight at checkout.

Shipping within Australia is free for up to two items. Anything greater than two items is then calculated by weight at checkout.

Unfortunately I am unable to ship to the EU.

Do You offer gift cards?

Yes! I offer electronic gift cards! Navigate to the gift card section linked at the bottom of the page. You can enter a custom amount, and can also select them to be delivered via email on a certain date. Gift cards can be purchased from $50AUD, and are valid for three (3) years from purchase date under Australian law. They can be redeemed on website purchases, as well as custom orders (availability permitting).

What is the difference between Standard and Premium dice sets?

Both categories are finished to the same level, however premium sets generally take longer or are more difficult to make. For example, premium sets may contain hand painted or hand-sculpted inclusions like hearts or skulls, or require multiple castings or layers of resin.

What are your dice made of?

All my dice are made from epoxy resin, but may contain lightweight inclusions and colourants like alcohol ink, mica powder, pigment pastes, light foils and preserved flowers. Any large inclusions (like skulls etc) are made from the same epoxy resin as the rest of the die, to maintain balance.

The resin I use has high UV resistance, and has a shore hardness of 90D. (Harder than a hard hat!) Please take care when handling the sharp D4.

How big are your Dice?

My D20 is 22mm in diameter. My D6 is 17mm in diameter. The largest piece in the set is the shard D4 which is 35mm long. On average, my dice are about 10% bigger than standard, with an extra large D4.

Can you copy/recreate "X" dice?

If it's one of my designs, I can definitely try, but given resin's fickle nature each set is unique and there may be some slight variability between sets.

I am unable to recreate another dice maker's designs.

The set I really wanted has sold out! Will it be restocked?

I generally do limited runs of designs as I love to continually experiment and try new techniques. However if you have your eye on a particular design, a custom order could be an option.

Tell me more about custom orders!

Send me a msg or contact me via the custom request form on my home page. I have ~5 slots per month for customs, so there may be a small waitlist. Customs start from $200AUD + shipping if international, and may increase in cost depending on complexity. Once we have a chat and firm up your design, I can give you a firm quote. Please note that some requests may not be possible; it's always a good idea to take a look at my Instagram and see if my style of dice suits you and your character.

Check out my Custom Request Form on my frontpage for all the Ts and Cs.

How should I care for my dice?

I recommend rolling resin dice in a padded dice tray. Please store the dice away from direct sunlight (either in a separate fabric dice bag or the Direfox Dice Velvet Gift Box.)

While I try my utmost to test and use only high quality resins and colourants, long term UV exposure can cause resin to turn yellow, or change the colour of the pigments used

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for 'change of mind' purchases.

If you suspect your parcel has been lost, delivered to the wrong address or damaged in transit, please reach out to me as soon as possible. Refunds and/or replacements are made on a case-by-case basis, but cannot be guaranteed, and may require you to follow up with your local postal service (especially if outside Australia).
